Every product we create is custom-made using advanced 3D printing technology.
Because of the personalized nature of our products, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.
✅ 1. No Refund on Custom 3D Printed Products
All products made at Sambhav Creations are custom-designed and printed specifically for each customer.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once the printing process has started or the order has been completed.
✅ 2. When Refund/Replacement is Possible
You are eligible for a refund or replacement only in these conditions:
✔ A. Damaged Product Received
If the product arrives broken or damaged due to shipping, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged product

Video of unboxing (preferred for fast approval)
✔ B. Wrong Product Sent
If you receive a different item from what you ordered, we will replace it at no extra cost.
❌ 3. Situations Where Refund/Return is NOT Accepted

Incorrect size, spelling, or photo provided by the customer

Minor color/texture variations (common in 3D printing)

Order already in printing or completed

Custom names, models, lithophanes, or personalized gifts
🔄 4. Replacement Process
If your claim is approved:

We will reprint and resend the product.

In special cases, we may offer store credit.

No cash refund is issued for personalized products.
🚚 5. Return Shipping
If a product needs to be returned, the customer must return it in original packaging.
Return pickup availability depends on your location.
🕒 6. Timeframe for Claims
All damage or wrong product claims must be submitted within:
24–48 hours of receiving the order.
